Exchange Policy

We will offer an exchange in the event of a manufacturer defect. If you would like to request an exchange, we ask that you please contact us by emailing support@breathometer.com with the reason for exchange and we will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return of merchandise authorization number. All return merchandise authorization numbers are valid for 30 days. Once we receive the product, we will do an inspection. If we can verify the product has not been damaged, we will send a new device and pay for the S&H back to the you. If the inspection proves that the device has been damaged, we will offer to send the damaged unit back, or you can pay for a new unit and we will ship it out to you.
